Dear Jesus,
During this Lenten season, I turn to You with a humble and contrite heart. I seek Your mercy and grace as I strive to grow closer to You and to live a life that is pleasing to You.
I come to You now with a special request [insert request here]. I know that You are the source of all love and compassion, and that You are always ready to hear the prayers of your children.
I ask for Your help and guidance as I seek to follow Your will for my life. Please touch my heart and help me to turn away from sin and to embrace Your love and grace.
