Prayer for Safety in Times of War

Are you experiencing a war at the moment? Is a loved one at a place where a war is going on? Say this powerful prayer right now! It is a prayer that calls on St. Michael the archangel for protection to be said when in the midst of a war or crisis.

Prayer saves especially where human power fails. At this risky moment, you must offer up your whole heart to God who is the giver, keeper and restorer of life (Genesis 2:7) so that He guides you _or your loved one in question through this tortuous, horror-filled moment:

“Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil; May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; And do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. Amen”.

You can also say this short prayer derived from Psalm 118:17. it is a declaration of life over oneself:

“I shall not die, I shall live to testify the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Amen”.
