This is the prayer used for the blessing of an object in the Catholic Church.

Let us pray to our Father in heaven,
who has given us this/these (mention name of object) for our use.

Blessed are you, Lord God, king of the universe:
you have made all things for your glory.

and grant that we may use it/them in your service
and for the good of all your people.
